Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of Toxic Fix based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time.
How to manage or cancel your subscription:
- Your order confirmation emails include a link to your order, where you can manage your subscription directly
- Or log into your account at toxicfix.com/account to update, pause, or cancel at any time
- Or email us at sales@toxicfix.com and we'll take care of it for you

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you're buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining amount when the order ships.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our return policy.
