Tracking Updates
During busier seasons, carriers may take longer than expected to update the tracking status of a package. If your package has shipped and the tracking status does not update within 3 business days, please contact Toxic Fix at sales@toxicfix.com for an additional update. If tracking shows your package has stalled at a processing location, please contact the carrier directly, as they will have the most up-to-date information.
Return Policy
We stand fully behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact sales@toxicfix.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. We ask that you share your feedback on why you are requesting a return, so we can continue improving your customer experience.
For the safety of all our customers, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and in their original factory-sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, we are unable to accept the product for return. If your package arrived with a damaged or broken seal, contact us immediately at sales@toxicfix.com and we'll make it right.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will process once the return is in transit to our warehouse.
Please note, we are only able to accept returns for orders purchased through toxicfix.com. Samples and free gifts are not eligible for return.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.
Processing Times
Orders ship within 3–5 business days from our warehouse. Please allow extra time if your order was placed on a Friday evening, during a weekend, or on a holiday.
The daily cut-off for order processing is 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed before the cutoff enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We're working on expanding to additional countries soon — if you'd like to be notified when we ship to your area, email us at sales@toxicfix.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@toxicfix.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Toxic Fix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors and household members
- Waiting 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely)
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

Holiday Shipping
The months of November and December are some of the busiest shipping times of the year. Carrier delays of up to 10 business days are possible during this period. Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on this page closer to the season so you can plan ahead.
